Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all deliveries. Most parcels arrive within two to three working days from dispatch, with tracking updates and delivery confirmation provided.

Shipping costs:
Small parcels - £3.95
Medium parcels - £5.50
Larger parcels - £6.95

Your shipping category is calculated automatically at checkout based on size and weight. Most single-item orders (like one cassette) ship as a small item. Bulkier items or multiple products may fall into medium or large categories.

International shipping and express delivery options aren’t available just yet, but we’re working on it. 

Packaging & Sustainability

We’re committed to keeping things thoughtful, including how we package and ship your order. Our materials are chosen for their sustainability, recyclability, and suitability for the item being sent.

Wherever possible, we reuse packaging we’ve received. This helps reduce waste and gives materials a longer life.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as you can via our contact page or email orders@slowlisten.uk. We aim to dispatch quickly, so once an item has shipped, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll always do what we can.

Returns & Problems

If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help. We aim to resolve things fairly and with care, and we’ll always try to make the process as smooth as possible.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you expected, just let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find the right solution, and if the issue is on our end, we’ll cover return postage or if available, arrange a replacement.

Every return is handled by a human, not a script, so if you’re unsure, reach out. We treat every situation on its own terms, with attention and fairness.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, we’ll follow it up with Royal Mail and keep you in the loop. If it turns out to be lost, we’ll do what we can to put it right, including offering a refund where appropriate.
